Nitty Gritty
DATES & TIMES
‍Monday May 5th - Saturday May 10th. Six days and five nights.
‍
Day 1: Monday, May 5th. Camp Opening @ 4 pm. *You can arrive as early as 1 pm. Set up your living space, enjoy the pool/hot tub. Unpack. Get settled.
Day 6: Saturday, May 10th . Closing Circle @ 12 - 1 pm . Lunch @ 1 - 2 pm. Strike Camp 2 - 3 pm. *It’s okay to linger at Lupin until midnight for a small extra fee that gets paid directly to Lupin.

LUPIN LODGE NATURALIST RESORT
Lupin Lodge @ 20600 Aldercroft Heights Road, Los Gatos, CA
Lupin is a woman-owned, clothing optional resort. Amenities include a sunny yoga yard, hot tub, pool and sauna. Yurts have been upgraded in the last year or two. Meals at Lupin are now catered. This year, our campers Mary and Gavio (two experienced chefs) will work with caterers to design the best meal plan yet!

Accessibility
This retreat space is not ideal for those with terrain challenges. Lupin has stairs to the showers and amenities. Hills are steep. Shuttle Care: With support of campers and personal vehicles, it is our intention to help people move around from location to location as needed.

CAMP FEES
‍$650 - $1500, sliding scale.
Rising Lupin rates and food costs have affected our budget this year. We hope you can join us and we will do our best to support everyone who wants to attend!
‍Includes 6 days / 5 nights camping*, plus meals. If you have the ability to pay over the minimum, you will be contributing to the funds needed to support those who request scholarships. *Car or Tent Camping is included. Limited alternative lodging (RV, yurt) can be reserved by campers for an extra cost.

Alternative accommodations:
β€’ RV in the meadow ($156 for 5 nights with electric, $80 without hookup)
β€’ Yurt ($250 for 5 nights, up to 2 people) mostly Queen beds. Yurts have been upgraded in the last year or two with comfy beds and amenties.

‍Scholarship:
‍
We are accepting requests for scholarship on the application. There are also a few work trade roles and a sponsorship request that can be made to the community.

‍Refund Policy:
‍
Full refund for cancellations before April 5th. For cancellations after April 5th: Full refund (minus $50), when the space can be filled by a paying camper. Full refund (minus $200), if the space cannot be filled by a paying camper.
‍
FOOD
Included in your camp fee will be catered Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners plus yummy snacks. Meals will be vegan and vegetarian friendly with a fish or chicken option will be available at least once a day at no extra charge. Mary and Gavio will be coordinating with the caterers to make it our most satisfying meal plan yet!  We expect to accomodate most special diets if you give us advanced notice of your needs.

Personal Food Kitchen (PFK):
There is very limited space for people to store personal refrigerated food. There is a kitchen where those with special diets can prepare what they need. Please plan to keep dry goods in your tent area in a closed container.
‍
WELLNESS
We will ask folks to show a dated photo or physical rapid test upon arrival. Please avoid large groups and if traveling, wear a quality mask. If you are experiencing or have been exposed to anything potentially contagious, please opt out. We will refund as much as possible for wellness cancellations.
